Renames "Existing" pages #121

The word existing is a bit redundant. This clarifies content according to what they contain.

Existing instrumentations -> Tracers and Instrumentation
Existing integrations -> Server Extensions and Choices

Server Extensions and Choices was hard for me to grok at first. My mind didn't parse that "choices" meant "server choices". I think "alternatives" is easier to understand, but I know there was a length concern for the sidebar.
