cassandra storage support with helm chart #2

Please, add cassandra storage support when deploying zipkin using helm chart.

https://github.com/Financial-Times/zipkin-helm has cassandra support. Feel free to raise a PR to do similar and/or use that in the mean time!

@VuiDJi the current helm chart is in a lot better shape to add this now, notably due to integration tests. Will sort this out soon, at least basic configuration

@VuiDJi curious.. how do you tend to change cassandra.yaml entries? I assume you provision your own storage https://github.com/openzipkin/zipkin/releases/tag/3.1.1
