closes #338 - Update interface metric to be a 'high' number (lower priority)
removes DNS server from the TUN interface - this prevents nearly all DNS requests to the local DNS server except for those specifically targeting this server
set interfacemetric to 255 - pushing it down the list of interfaces to the very end
remove nrpt rules before trying to shut ziti down
add some extra logging for debugging mfa issues
stop outputting dns cache since it's not needed now that we use NRPT
add connection specific domains to the NRPT to account for unqualified names being mapped
do not add DNS server to TUN - making the Ziti DNS server quasi-dark and only used when directed by NRPT
update all the go dependencies - verify process checks are now case insensitive
