During the automatic upgrade process the ziti desktop edge for windows re-appears. Figure out some way to make this optional

@dovholuknf Is this simple logic that you might be able to add to the updater?

I have been trying for 30 minutes - so i'll say "not simple logic" or i couldn't find it in 30 minutes. :(
