Right now when making the feedback.zip we try to email it by default. Instead - provide the user a popup and inform them where the file is, and ask them if they want to try to email the file or not.
Experience should be something like "Feedback zip has been created at: c:\path\to\file." Then let them decide to email it to us - or slack it etc.
