The notification frequency should be between 5 and 20 minutes. The user should be able to modify it from UI. As the timeout of each services is different, we will start notifying the user around 20 minutes before the timeout and it will send notification every 5 minutes. If the user changes the frequency of the notification, then this window will vary.
