This PR contains below changes

  1. fix for the error that some users face when feedback process in WDE invokes eth0.me
  2. FATAL log level is not available in ZET, so removed it.
  3. build process should allow to make a build from the latest release branch in t-sdk, when user does not provide the t-sdk branch name
