Right now the ZitiUpdateService (and monitor) expects a DNS record of dew-dns-probe.openziti.org but with the upcoming change to 0.17.x this record will no longer be available. Update the monitor accordingly with whatever is chosen in https://github.com/openziti/ziti-tunnel-sdk-c/issues/324
