QR Code for MFA #1447

When enrolling the client into MFA, and using Authy as the ToTP application, it cannot find the logo to use. By default Authy is picking Microsoft Kaizala. If you edit the logo and search for OpenZiti, it will find it and all is well. This is due to the account name starting with "ziti.dev". If you change this to search for OpenZiti, then it finds the correct logo.

Searching for Ziti finds Mario the Baker. So, can the account name be changed to be openziti: name

Thanks for this. @andrewpmartinez -- this goes back to our conversation wrt ziti.dev, as I'm sure you recall. :) I'm going to transfer this to the edge repo
