update yubikey guide #297

Parts of the guide are out of date. For example, the guide should demonstrate using a Yubikey with ziti-edge-tunnel, possibly also Ziti Desktop Edge app.

Some spelling/grammar fixes already done in https://github.com/openziti/ziti-doc/pull/296

This still seems like a good idea, but at a lower priority than updating PKI bits and pieces.
