quickstart service - HTTP Server Identity section #363

The shell portion of the HTTP Server Identity section in ztha.md requires a lot of scrolling (I'm on Chrome). Without the right side collapsed, the shell portion appears to have room for about 85 characters.

After looking at this a bit longer, it might be better to remove the large shell block and have a step-by-step with code blocks individually that can be copied.
