Might want to move/copy some of the ha doc from ziti to ziti-doc Make sure controller/router config doc is updated Add missing events file sink option

https://openziti.io/docs/reference/configuration/router (docusaurus/docs/reference/30-configuration/router.md) is missing the top-level ha section.
https://openziti.io/docs/reference/configuration/controller#web (docusaurus/docs/reference/30-configuration/controller.md) is missing the edge-oidc binding
