hosting servers on Android #138

I ran into a problem trying to use an Android device as an IP cam. The built in webserver is reachable on the device at 127.0.0.1:8083, but a Ziti service hosted by the tunneler can't connect to that server. I think the reason is that the Android tunneler isn't binding the Ziti services for which it is authorized.

There's no plan to enable hosting services on Android Mobile Edge
