My goal is to append "debug" to the application ID, etc. for branch builds so that it's possible to install concurrently with the prod release from Play store.
This is because it's inconvenient to replace Ziti identities that would be lost when the prod version is uninstalled, and there doesn't seem to be a way to back them up.
