ziti agent trace ignores --timeout duration option #2030

ziti agent trace --timeout=99s doesn't work. It exits after 5s.

I always get 5s irrespective of values like "10", "10s". I tried with and without a = separator (vs. whitespace).

I reproduced with a bleeding edge build from release-next.
