what is in this PR?

I added component to upload files in the browser UI
I added mobile browser views for
- audio
- video
- documents
- images

What is left to do?

code clean up
integrate Tauri

how may this be tested?

update the codebase
run the following commands
```
cd browser
yarn dev
```
open the URL in a browser
test the upload icon
