What is in this PR?

I added new modules for the app state management. The feature is implemented using SQLite, and it would persist the data to the OS $Downloads/filesync/.dat directory

What is left to do?

Reorganize the core modules, make it more modular

How may this be tested?

Clone the project or update the clone
run yarn to update dependencies
run yarn tauri dev to run the application
test as appropriate
