Placeholder for geocoded radiometric calibration parameters #114

This PR adds a placeholders for geocoded LUTs for radiometric calibration. gamma and sigma_naught are geocoded and placed into the group /science/SENTINEL1/CSLC/metadata/calibration_information as shown in the screenshot below.

Also, what about the datasets in the noise group? Do they need to be moved as well in the placeholder group?
