import raster mode geocode_slc #144

This PR addresses this isce3 issue so corrects the imports so the geocode_slc raster mode is used.

I think this PR can't be merged until the isce3 on conda-forge gets bumped to 0.12. It's still on 0.11. I think we'll need a new specifile for docker too.

Disregard above. Looks like it works with isce3 0.11.
