Save azimuth carrier and flattening phase into HDF5 #147

This PR adds the ability to save to HDF5 azimuth carrier and flattening phase. Requires ISCE3 features not yet merged into develop.

@LiangJYu can you address codacy issues? I guess the CI is failing because we do not have an ISCE3 conda release that supports the ramp and flattening phase. @seongsujeong or @scottstanie (if you have time), please review this PR
