This PR introduces the browse image feature for the DSWx-S1 product. Various options for creating the browse image are available in the run configuration. By default, the generated image will employ the following color scheme to represent different classes:
White - Not water
Blue - Water
Light gray - Hand mask
Gray - Layover/shadow mask
Green - Inundated vegetation
Black - no-data (transparent)
The naming convention for these files will follow the product name, appended with 'BROWSE'.
