debug remaining issues #66

This PR fixes the issues in gamma delivery. 1) Reduce the memory in bimodality and masking procedures 2) Fixes the bug in the initial threshold when the multi otsu thresholding. 3) Fixes the bug in writing the block when the block is 1 line.

Probably, you will see many changes from the last commit. But many of them are just reformatting the long line or missing spaces.
