This PR fixes the bugs and warning messages in the Calval release.

Hi @oberonia78 , what is the plan to test this PR? or have you already done some tests?

We are going to test the PR with accuracy computation in the global scale. as well. So, after merging this PR, we are going to evaluate the final version using this branch (https://github.com/oberonia78/DSWX-SAR/tree/accuracy_computation)
