This PR adds GLAD classification map as the additional ancillary input for the inundated vegetation.
GLAD is not affecting to the open water algorithm.
GLAD is the optional input. If GLAD is not given, the Worldcover map should be used to define the Herbaceous Wetland.
Thus, 'auto' in target_area_file_type: enum('WorldCover', 'GLAD', 'auto') will determine what is available. The GLAD is available, then code choose the GLAD as the main product. If not, 'WorldCover' is chosen.
