Incremental script producing garbage outputs #1

@mirzaees found that run_repeated_nrt.py is now messed up compared to the sequential workflow:

  1. Figure out the fix
  2. add a test of a small area to the integration tests/benchmarks (once that is fixed / set up)

May have been caused by different script version, closing for now, but will reopen if it emerges again
