Add `baseline` layer to product #105

New layer looks like this

I've included in corrections/ for now, since I'm assuming we want this in order to compute other corrections in the future (e.g. DEM error)

Refactor with date_to_slcs happened due to the additional metadata in the compressed HDF5 products now
For now, we're only passing through one burst's CSLC file to grab metadata (the timing may be not fully accurate then?)
More updates to make CCSLCs match the CSLC structure (x_coordinates, not x)
