Use the `.timeseries_paths` instead of `.unwrapped_paths` #106

These are identical in the case of single reference unwrapped networks. For use with spurt, we need to use the post-inversion results.

This closes #93

Checking one example with h5diff -v -r output/20180107_20180119.nc output_unw/20180107_20180119.unw.nc shows that this didn't affect the outputs (as expected)

pre-commit is currently failing from the create script falling behind the new structure
