[Suggestion] new UI for the ''Mods'' interface

• The ability to pick/change the mod by hovering the crosshair above / clicking the mod icon.
• The ability to turn the mods on & off by hovering above / clicking the mod icon instead of a single one button.
• Combining the main Opera theme customization with the mods; resulting the ability to change the theme, background music, etc... from the mod page instead of changing it from the setting.
• The ability to use the main Opera customization effects sounds, music, effects, etc... in the mods page.
• Adding the ability to change the background music using the music button from the side bar.

I had this idea in the back of my head of a transformers (talatrn-1) infaces like something that would be a fusion of both the 90's and the one from the game fall of Cybertron.

I was also wondering in the UI if there would be a description of what the mod actually does.
