Zipped mods not working #85

hello! i am trying to make a mod and post it. it says there is no manifest.json file, but i check and i see the .json file in the mod file even though there is. i need help! Eddymond.zip

The crazy thing is that when I pack the extension, it works perfectly. I can use my mod locally but can't upload it to GX.create.

Ok I fixed it. You just have to upload the 'files' to the zip, not the folder image

ive tried that and i keep getting the same error im trying to upload and update to one of my existing mods edit: i tried again while doing something in the json file and i did something to make it work and now its fixed, i have no clue what i did or what fixed it

I have another error where it says "A mod with the same title already exists" even when I changed the title to something random, such as "igurugvuiegvhreocnughillsncdhguoywehvlighcnlerghcyivn.zip" Help is needed! Edit: I even checked if "igurugvuiegvhreocnughillsncdhguoywehvlighcnlerghcyivn" was already a mod. Spoiler: Its not.

You need to change the name in the manifest.json not the the name of the zip file
