Document command output tags #66

As discussed in chat with @christophermaier and @kevsmith, I'll include a note about interspersing tags in text output and include examples for commands that output text and json output. It will also be worth mentioning that templates can be used with text output as they are just converted into a json object with a body attribute. Thanks @christophermaier.
