Basically copies the information as currently exists in Readme.io, with
formatting tweaks as necessary. I want to revise how this is laid
out (e.g., consolidate related variables for Slack, Hipchat, email /
password resets, etc.) under functional headings, and also perhaps write
some helper code that can add the requisite anchors without so much
repetition.
