Make use of github pages to serve static content #2

I think it would make sense to use github pages to serve the static content if possible. Should be fairly straightforward to create a gh-pages branch and remove master (or use that as a development branch, and gh-pages as a stable branch) to accomplish this.

http://dev.opera.com/ already serves the content. We’d rather not set up a GitHub Pages website that duplicates our content :) This is purely a backup.
