If my memory serves me correctly, jstest-core-2 was meant to entirely pass in Linear B, whereas jstest-futhark was meant to entirely pass in Futhark. No attempt was made to distinguish spec-required from real-world-required behaviours. (The Opera JS engines in pre-Chromium based browsers were: none, Linear A, Linear B, Futhark, then Carakan.)
It has already been removed from the equivalent files under jstest-futhark. This makes it easier to compare the two versions of those tests.
