Open Source services release checklist #165

Context: we'd like to open an internal discussion here to the public.

This issue is meant track a next step for Open Source Services. We now have requirements but no guide or a checklist how to achieve such a thing - open a service up to the public.

There are multiple angles for such a document, so I'd love to start it drafting soon so we can be more concrete.
