fix: rename files to be more descriptive and fix headers #102

Changed file names so they are more descriptive, sadly diffs are big due to renaming files so I would do other changes in next PR so there will be more easily viewable. If you think of better names please do let me know. Resolves: https://github.com/operate-first/hitchhikers-guide/issues/58
