Emojis are not rendered #358

One of the first pages you see is https://www.operate-first.cloud/data-science/ and right at the top you can see that :sunglasses: is not rendered.

I think the fix is to include the gatsby-remark-emojis plugin, but as I'm new to this repo (and gatsby in general) I'm not sure how to progress to fix it.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close.
