Operate First Community Cloud end-of-year housekeeping

Dear @hmyi @mosayyebzadeh @mtoslalibu @oscarzhangzxj @saadullah01 @sumatra-dhimoyee @syedmohdqasim,

We would love to hear from you about how much and for what you used the Operate First Community Cloud. What did you like, what did you miss?

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale. Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
