Describe the Problem

https://triage-party.thoth-station.ninja/s/daily?player=0&players=1 is not accessible, it looks like the router can not reach the service.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. go to https://triage-party.thoth-station.ninja/s/daily?player=0&players=1
  2. see 'Application is not available'

Expected behaviour

website should be delivered...

This was presumably due to the openshift image container registry hitting errors, see https://operatefirst.slack.com/archives/C01RMPVUUK1/p1663340453005649 .
