Description of the change:

Motivation for the change:

Prepare to cut a v1.32.0 release that picks up the versioning for the ansible operator where the Operator-SDK left off
Creating a release will be required to swap the plugins out seamlessly in the Operator-SDK after the release for this repo has completed.
