Maintain change history / changelog #15

Feature Request

Describe the problem you need a feature to resolve.

The changelog functionality was not pulled over from the operatorframework/operator-sdk repository.

We would need to implement a strategy to track changes in each version of the ansible-operator-plugins.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Bring over the existing changelog strategy from operator-sdk repository and customize for use in the ansible-operator-plugins repository.

OchiengEd commented 1 year ago

Changelogs will be generated using goreleaser. Therefore no need to track changelog fragments.

Issue templates need to be updated to reflect the same.
