Description of the change:

Updates the version used for the scaffolded Dockerfile FROM reference. This will need to be cherry picked to the release-v0.1 branch

Motivation for the change:

Forgot to do this for the v0.1.1 release and the v0.1.0 release was unsuccessful. Creating a v0.1.2 release to have our first fully usable release of this plugin.
