Capitalize according to these rules:

• "MetalLB Operator" -- the Operator name in general text, uppercase LB.
• metallb-<whatever> -- API objects use inline code and MetalLB is all lowercase
• "MetalLB" -- the name of the load balancer implementation in general text, uppercase LB.

Needed because https://github.com/metallb/metallb-operator/pull/51 was merged.
