wow @dependabot why are your PRs failing all the tests? (failing to deploy because of errors)

@anik120 I think node version is too old (v10.24.1). I'm working on Hugo & node js upgrade.

Trying to split my huge Hugo upgrade branch which does all of that into smaller ones right now. Here is one for node upgrade which should resolve dependabot alerts: https://github.com/operator-framework/olm-docs/pull/282

Looks like these dependencies are up-to-date now, so this is no longer needed.
