Updates contributing docs in line with latest changes made in https://github.com/operator-framework/olm-docs/pull/284

Lint job is failure is unrelated. See https://github.com/operator-framework/olm-docs/pull/304

Edit: apart from this one:

External link http://localhost:1313/ failed with something very wrong.
It's possible libcurl couldn't connect to the server, or perhaps the request timed out.
Sometimes, making too many requests at once also breaks things. (status code 0)

Will see if I can make linter ignore it.
