Add "Application Runtime" as a valid category

This category could be used for operators managing application runtimes such as applications servers or some application frameworks.

An example of such an operator is the proposed WildFly Operator at https://github.com/operator-framework/community-operators/pull/371

@jmesnil This looks good. Can you also ensure that the documentation for what categories are allowed in community-operators is updated? (pretty much the same workflow as this merged pull request - https://github.com/operator-framework/community-operators/pull/290/files)
