xlrd - dropped xlsx support - rebuild with openpyxl #80

Recent rebuild of SMC ended up with errors trying to upload student/faculty xlsx file. xlrd dropped support. Need to re-code SMC to use openpyxl library instead.

Temp fix - rebuilt SMC using old version of xlrd.
