Set default listen port to ::1:8080 #27

Set a reasonable default listen port for the container. Suggested by Gunther Ohrner, patch submitted via email.

Closing this in favour of #44 which leaves the default bind on 0.0.0.0 but makes it clear in the documentation that this happens, and shows how to change it.
