added bolt ev specific tuning

Thanks - QQ - the tuning values don't seem to only be applied in the case of the Bolt. Are these defaults from elsewhere?

@hazyavocado - I just merged @darknight111's bolt-specific tune, so I'm going to close this one. Let me know if you feel this was performed in error. Thanks!
