Develop means support vehicles with an ASCM and a filtered OBD-2 port (post-2019) #32
I have provided details about modifications that could be made to the L&P Harness that could be used in concert with the OBD2 harness to the maintainer thereof. This may be sufficient as a stop-gap to add support for the 2019 Volt, for example.
I would like to investigate a "new architecture" means of accomplishing this. Since the OBD2 port must be considered unusable going forward, the use of an OBD2 connector could be considered "legacy."
