Some variants of Equinox use pin 12 instead of 11 for the SWGMLAN.

Confirmed through service manuals that most global-A cameras have two unused pins; however Global-B seems to use all pins. This means we will still need 2 extra wires. (Note that the serial data comm enable cannot be used for IGN and must be passed through)
